During the American Film Market held in Santa Monica, California during
February 1992, I was among the privileged few to be flown by special charter to
the Arizona desert to meet Charlie Sheen on set of his action thriller 'Beyond The
Law'. What a talented actor he is and also a very interesting person to chat to.

It was indeed a great thrill to meet the fabulous Brigitte Nielsen
during a gala reception at the Cannes Film Festival in 1993.

VERONICA LANG 1990
British actress Veronica Lang, who played
the legendary Emily Hobhouse in the film
'That Englishwoman', came out to South
Africa in 1990 to promote the world premiere
of the film which was held at the Sand Du
Plessis Theatre in Bloemfontein. The film,
directed by Dirk De Villiers, was shot in
South Africa using many of the original
locations depicted in the story. She also
visited four of the major cities in the country
for press screenings and photo above was
taken in Cape Town on the same night that
Nelson Mandela was released from prison
in 1990.
